How Your Order Is Fulfilled
Denis The Cat Studio designs and sells each product through our online store. After an order is placed, it is produced and shipped directly to the customer by one of our selected print-on-demand production partners in the United States. This allows us to create each item especially for the customer without maintaining unnecessary inventory.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. While we don’t offer blanket free shipping on all orders, this helps us keep product prices fair while ensuring reliable delivery.

Tracking
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update (even delivery systems need a nap).

Estimated Delivery Times (USA only)
4–8 business days after processing, depending on location.
